Since starting in October 2016, Brite has worked on digital strategy, service design, and product design with some of Norway's most well known companies, Telenor, Dyreparken, and Circle K, as well as several early stage startups.

Job description

As a digital product designer at Brite, you'll get to exercise all your design chops. We act as a strategic partner for our clients and operate within the full design process – insight gathering and research, service design, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, visual design, and working with developers on delivery. We put empathy first and foremost.

  • You jump at the opportunity to learn new skills and about new markets
  • You're highly independent and execute in areas you know best


Requirements

  • 2+ years of industry experience and/or a University degree in Interaction, Service or Graphic design
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Norwegian, preferably
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a mix of UX and UI skills and experience designing across multiple devices
  • Experience with modern design tooling (Sketch, InVision, etc.)
  • Front end development skills is a bonus, though not required
  • Experience working with clients is a plus
